DEAFESG now has its own app — DEAFESG APP. It is the same site, but with its own icon: it launches with one tap, opens in a separate window — without browser tabs or an address bar — and is always at hand: on your computer desktop or on your phone's home screen.
You do not need to download anything from a store, and it is free. The app installs straight from your browser and takes less than a minute.
What the app gives you
- launch with one tap on the icon, like a regular program;
- a separate window without tabs and an address bar;
- tournaments, matches, rating, news and messages always close by;
- it updates itself — you always have the latest version of the site;
- the same login and data as in the browser: no need to register again.
How to install on a computer
- Open v2.deafesg.com in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- An install icon (a screen with a down arrow) or an "Install" button appears on the right of the address bar. Click it.
- If there is no icon, open the browser menu (three dots in the top right corner) and choose "Install DEAFESG". In Edge this item is under "Apps" → "Install this site as an app".
- Confirm with the "Install" button.
- Done! A separate DEAFESG window opens, and the icon appears on your desktop and in the Start menu.
Firefox on a computer does not support installing sites as apps — use Chrome or Edge.
How to install on Android
- Open v2.deafesg.com in Google Chrome.
- Tap the browser menu — three dots in the corner of the screen.
- Choose "Install app" (on some phones it is called "Add to Home screen").
- Tap "Install".
- Done! The DEAFESG icon appears on your phone screen next to your other apps.
Tip: on the site itself, in the "Menu" section, an "Install" button may also appear. Tap it and the browser will offer the installation.
How to install on iPhone
On iPhone the installation is done through the Safari browser.
- Open v2.deafesg.com in Safari.
- Tap "Share" — the square with an arrow pointing up at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll the list and choose "Add to Home Screen".
- Tap "Add" in the top right corner.
- Done! The DEAFESG icon appears on your iPhone home screen.
You can remove the app like any other: use the icon on your desktop or phone screen.
